Position Overview

M. Armstrong Construction LLC is looking for a reliable, hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up ready to get the job done, and wants to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and long-term relationships. We work on a variety of residential and light commercial projects, so no two days are exactly the same.

What you’ll be doing.

Assist with a wide range of construction tasks including framing, siding, roofing, and general carpentry
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and transport materials
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Work alongside team members to complete projects on time and to high standards
Follow all safety procedures and job site expectations
Adhere to our professionalism standards while representing M. Armstrong Construction

What we’re looking for.

Must have prior construction experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Basic knowledge of tools and construction methods
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
Valid driver’s license preferred
